Allondra Gonzalez RD nutritionist preparing healthy meal for women's health and anti-inflammatory diet

Hi, I’m Allondra Gonzalez, Registered Dietitian.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Manhattan Integrative Nutrition in New York City. I help women support their hormones, improve fertility, and navigate key life stages including PCOS, pregnancy, and menopause. My mission is to empower women to take control of their health through nutrition that supports the body from the inside out.

I completed 1,200 supervised practice hours at Stony Brook University Hospital in Long Island, New York, where I gained a strong foundation in clinical nutrition. After finishing my internship, I worked as an outpatient dietitian supporting women during pregnancy, including those managing gestational diabetes. Sitting with women during such an important stage of life taught me how powerful the right guidance can be, not just for their health, but for their confidence as mothers-to-be. I completed my Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Baruch College in New York City, combining my clinical experience with business training so I can better advocate for women and make nutrition care more accessible and compassionate.

Outside of my work, I enjoy experimenting with fermentation, creating nourishing recipes, and drawing inspiration from long walks through Central Park.
